What is the TimeBACK™ AI Audit?

How long does the TimeBACK™ AI Audit take?
The full audit runs 10 days. Day 0 is a 120-minute Time-Study Kickoff call. Days 1–9 are the diagnosis phase. Day 10 is a 60-minute Strategy Review where you receive your locked execution schedule and activation checklist.
What is the guarantee?
If we can't map 10+ hours/week to reclaim or a clear path to 2x throughput in 30 days, you don't pay. Targets are set on Day 0 so there is no ambiguity. We've never failed to find the hours.
What does the FREEDOM Plan include?

Quick wins typically appear within 14 days. Your FREEDOM Plan is delivered by Day 10. The full 10+ hrs/week and 2x throughput outcome is measured over 30 days.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The TimeBACK™ Audit is a one-time engagement with zero lock-in and zero recurring fees. You own the FREEDOM Plan and can implement it yourself, with us, or with another provider.
What happens after the audit?
You receive your FREEDOM Plan with no further obligation. If you choose full implementation, 100% of your audit fee credits toward the implementation cost if you begin within 14 days.
