Question 1

How do I know this will work for my business?

Accepted Answer

The audit starts with Clarity: measuring where your time actually goes. We have mapped these patterns for service businesses from solo operators to 50-person teams. And the guarantee means you risk nothing: 10+ hours a week back or 2x throughput in 30 days, or you don't pay.

Question 2

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

Accepted Answer

That is who this is for. You won't touch code or configure anything. We map your systems, find the fixes and hand you a step-by-step Freedom Plan. On Team, we activate your first 3 quick wins for you.

Question 3

How soon do I see results?

Accepted Answer

Quick wins start within 14 days. Your Freedom Plan is delivered by Day 10. The 10+ hours a week and 2x throughput target is measured over 30 days.

Question 4

What's included in the Freedom Plan?

Accepted Answer

A time audit of where your hours go, a ranked list of what to delegate, automate, systematize and eliminate, a custom AI automation roadmap, and the specific tools to use. It is refreshed every 90 days in the TimeBACK cycle: Audit, Optimize, Measure, Refill.

Question 5

What's the difference between Solo and Team?

Accepted Answer

Both deliver the same diagnostic and Freedom Plan. Solo ($1,950) is remote with standard turnaround and one review call, built for owner-operators. Team ($9,800) adds an executive workshop, a board-ready deck, 14-day expedited delivery, an SOP pack, 30 days of Slack support and done-for-you activation of your top 3 quick wins.

Question 6

Why not hire someone or figure it out myself?

Accepted Answer

A hire costs $50K+ a year plus training time, and DIY takes months of trial and error. The audit gives you the blueprint in 10 days, and you only pay if we hit the targets.

Question 7

What happens after the audit?

Accepted Answer

You own the Freedom Plan with no obligation. If you want us to build it, 100% of your audit fee goes toward implementation when you start within 14 days.

Question 8

Do I need to change my tools?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. We work with what you have first and recommend upgrades only where the return is clear. You don't need more AI. You need an operating system.

Question 9

Is there a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No. The audit is a one-time engagement. Zero lock-in and no recurring fees.

Question 10

What if the guarantee doesn't apply to me?

Accepted Answer

If you're already running at capacity with no leaks, we will tell you once we have reviewed your information. We set clear yes or no targets with you at the start. If we can't map at least 10 hours a week to reclaim, or a clear path to 2x throughput, within 30 days, you don't pay.

Question 11

How does the Booking Booster bonus work?

Accepted Answer

The 72-Hour Booking Booster Sprint is $1,500 on its own. Free when you order within 48 hours of attending the TimeBACK web class. We confirm it with your web class registration email.

Question 12

What is Give $100, Get $100?

Accepted Answer

Our partner program referral offer. Refer a business owner to RazoRSharp Networks: they get $100 off, and you get $100 when they become a client. Use the bar at the top of the page.
